Applications

• Application for direction to avoid or relax covenant against the burning of heather or grass, where a tenant makes an application to the tribunal to seek that the covenants/conditions/agreements against the burning of heather or grass are; avoided completely, relaxed permanently or relaxed for a set period (Application Form AG03) 
   
• Reply to application, the tribunal will send a copy of the application to the landlord to seek views on the application  (Application Form AG04)
