Guidance booklets

Attendance Forms

  • Applicant attendance form , the applicant must inform the tribunal who will be attending the hearing (Application Form ALT-06)
  • Respondent attendance form, the respondent must inform the tribunal who will be attending the hearing (Application Form ALT-07)
