Long term improvements

The Agricultural Lands Tribunal for Wales determines certain disputes relating to long term improvements.

Applications

  • Application for approval of long term improvement, where a tenant makes an application to the tribunal for approval of long term improvements (Application Form AG07)  
     
  • Reply to application, the tribunal will send a copy of the application to the landlord to seek views on the application (Application Form AG08)  
     
  • Application for determination that landlord has failed to carry out improvement within reasonable time, where a tenant makes an application to the tribunal for determination that landlord has failed to carry out improvement within reasonable time (Application Form AG09) 
     
  • Reply to application, the tribunal will send a copy of the application to the landlord to seek views on the application (Application Form AG10)
