The Agricultural Land Tribunal for Wales (ALT Wales) is an independent tribunal that has been set up to resolve certain disputes relating to agricultural holdings.

We deal with disputes to do with:

Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic – the Tribunal has very limited, or no access, to items delivered by post. Please can you ensure that any documents (including applications forms and written submissions) that are required by the Tribunal are sent by e-mail to: AgriculturalLandTribunalWales@gov.wales

The Tribunal will not be listing any face to face Hearings until the end of June at the earliest, when the situation will be reviewed.
Consent Order and Directions Hearings will continue to take place by telephone conference or other means of remote communication.
