Applications for consent

The Agricultural Lands Tribunal for Wales determines certain disputes relating to applications for consent.

Applications 

  • Application for consent to operation of a notice to quit (section 26(1) of the AHA 1986), where the landlord seeks a consent order from the tribunal for the operation of a notice to quit which has been served or which it is proposed to serve on the tenant (Application Form TA01)
     
  • Application for consent to operation of a notice to quit (section 28(2) of the AHA 1986), where the landlord seeks a consent order from the tribunal for the operation of a notice to quit which has been served or which it is proposed to serve on the tenant (Application Form TA02)
     
  • Application for consent to operation of a notice to quit (section 28(4) of the AHA 1986), where the landlord seeks a consent order from the tribunal for the operation of a notice to quit which has been served or which it is proposed to serve on the tenant (Application Form TA03)
     
  • Reply to application, in tenancy cases the tribunal will send a copy of the application to the tenant to seek views on the application  (Application Form TA04)
     
  • Succession on death, application to consent to operation of a notice to quit, where the landlord seeks a consent order from the tribunal for the operation of a notice to quit which has been served on the representatives of the deceased tenant (Application Form TA08)
     
  • Reply to application, in tenancy cases the tribunal will send a copy of the application to the representative of the deceased tenant to seek views on the application (Application Form TA09)
