Succession on death

The Agricultural Land Tribunal for Wales determines certain disputes relating to succession on death.

Applications

  • Application for direction giving entitlement to tenancy of an agricultural holding, where an eligible person makes an application to the tribunal to seek a direction to succeed the tenancy of a deceased person (Application Form TA10)
     
  • Reply to application, the tribunal will send a copy of the application to the landlord to seek views on the application  (Application Form TA11)
     
  • Notice of application for entitlement to tenancy of an agricultural holding, where an eligible person makes an application to the tribunal to seek a direction to succeed the tenancy of a deceased person, this notice should be delivered to the landlord and all interested persons (Application Form TA12)
     
  • Reply to application made by another applicant for direction giving entitlement to tenancy of an agricultural holding, where another eligible person makes an application to the tribunal to seek a direction to succeed the tenancy of a deceased person, the tribunal will send a copy of the application to the other applicant to seek views on the application (Application Form TA13)
