Applications

• Application to postpone operation of notice to quit, where an eligible person makes an application to the tribunal to postpone the operation of a notice to quit that has been served on the tenant by the landlord (Application Form TA05)
   
• Reply to application, the tribunal will send a copy of the application to the landlord to seek views on the application (Application Form TA06)
   
• Variation or revocation of a condition imposed by the tribunal, in tenancy cases where the tribunal has made an order and an eligible person wishes to seek a variation or revocation of a condition in that order (Application Form TA07)
