The Agricultural Land Tribunal for Wales plays an important role in determining disputes under the Land Drainage Act 1991 about the drainage of agricultural land.

Applications
- Restoration or improvement of ditches, where owners and occupiers of land (which has suffered injury or is prevented from being improved by drainage through a neighbours neglect of ditches) seek an order from the tribunal for ditching work to be carried out (Application Form LD01)
- Reply to application, the tribunal will send a copy of the application and any technical report obtained by the tribunal to the Respondent to seek views on the application and recommendations in the report (Application Form LD02)
- Reply to application, the tribunal will send a copy of the technical report obtained by the tribunal to the applicant to seek views on the recommendations in the technical report (Application Form LD03)
- Variation of tribunal order, where the tribunal has made an order for ditching work to be carried out and the applicant or respondent wishes to seek a variation of that order (Application Form LD04)
