Applications

• Application for direction giving entitlement to tenancy of an agricultural holding, where an eligible person makes an application to the tribunal to seek a direction to succeed the tenancy of a retired person (Application Form TA14)
   
• Reply to application, in tenancy cases the tribunal will send a copy of the application to the landlord to seek views on the application  (Application Form TA15)
   
• Notice of application for entitlement to tenancy of an agricultural holding, where an eligible person makes an application to the tribunal to seek a direction to succeed the tenancy of a retired person, this notice should be delivered to the landlord and all interested persons (Application Form TA16)
