Our goal is to provide a high performing secretariat service that has the needs of tribunal users at its centre.

Our targets will help us to achieve our goal and to monitor our performance.

We continuously measure our performance against targets and our performance is reported in the Annual Report for the tribunal.

Tribunal users are also invited to complete a customer satisfaction check at the end stage of the process to provide feedback on our service.

Our performance figures, for the period April 2014 – March 2015 are:

  • Registration
    • 95% of all applications that require no further information or action, to be registered within 10 working days of receipt
    • Target achieved in 100% of cases
    • In 95% of all cases where we are unable to register your application we will write to you within 10 working days of receipt to let you know what action we will take
    • Target achieved in 100% of cases
     
  • Independent Reports
    • 95% of all drainage reports to be issued to parties within 10 working days of receipt
    • Target achieved in 100% of cases
     
  • Hearing 
    • 95% of notice of Hearings to be issued 14 days before the hearing
    • Target achieved in 100% of cases
     
  • Discharge
    • We will issue 95% of decisions within 30 working days of hearing
    • Target achieved in 75% of cases
    • We will endeavour to discharge of 75% of appeals within 18 months of registration
    • Target achieved in 100% of cases
